  • All our shipments include All Risk Insurance against loss, breakage or anomalies that  may affect the package during transport.
    It is very important that when the order is delivered, you check that the package is not broken, stained or open, in which case you should not accept it .

    In this case, indicate the reason on the delivery note that the courier will provide and contact us to inform us and make a new shipment.

  • Right of withdrawal:  From www.santaisabeldetorres.com we recommend reviewing the merchandise and checking that everything is in correct condition (we recommend reviewing the material as soon as possible to guarantee its return if necessary).

  • Defective product of origin:
