Shipping costs

The transport agency will be private (Redur, MRW, Souto, Transaher etc.) guaranteeing that our shipments will always reach customers with the maximum guarantees in transport.
All our shipments travel covered by insurance of 100% of the value of the merchandise.

The products purchased in the online store will be sent to all of Spain except the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
The order will be sent to the address indicated by the client , delivery is left at street level. Check that the merchandise is correct and if it is not so, for any return you have to notify it at the moment, before the driver leaves to make it appear on the delivery note.

The carrier will contact you by phone . If it is presented repeatedly, the merchandise will be re-shipped to us and the expenses incurred will be invoiced to you.
